Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Inspo, operator of ClippyNote ("ClippyNote", "we"), for the use of the ClippyNote website, apps and service. By creating an account or using ClippyNote you accept them. If you use ClippyNote for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give ClippyNote the permission it needs to store, copy, process and display your content only to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. Workspace owners decide who can join a workspace and what members can see.
Connected calendars
- Connecting a Google or Apple calendar is optional. You allow ClippyNote to read the calendars you connect and, if you turn on editing, to make the changes you make in ClippyNote to those calendars.
- ClippyNote changes only the events you change, on the calendar each event belongs to, and never invites or emails anyone for you. Repeating events, invitations and calendars you do not own can only be changed in the original calendar app.
- If an event was changed both in ClippyNote and in the original calendar, ClippyNote keeps both versions and asks you which to keep; it does not overwrite either without you.
- Your connected calendars are private to you unless you share one with your workspace.
- Your use of Google or Apple services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability.
- You can disconnect at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClippyNote to break the law, infringe other people's rights, send spam, spread malware, access other people's data or workspaces without permission, or overload or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price, billing period, renewal and any taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
The service
We work to keep ClippyNote available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may change. We will give reasonable notice before a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes.
Ending
You can stop using ClippyNote and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, or where the law requires.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ClippyNote is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
